Here at Mini McGregor I am designing and making Dolls House Miniatures because I really enjoy it and I want you to enjoy them too.

 

If you ever have a problem with one of my miniatures please contact me straight away and I promise I will do my best to address the issue.

 

This is addition to, and in no way affects, your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

 

Prices

All prices shown on the website or quoted for additional items or services are inclusive of UK taxes.

Our Contract With You

When you place an order on our website or by email, letter or phone and make a payment, you are making an offer to buy goods or services from us.

 

We then have to accept your offer and our contract becomes binding when we confirm that we have accepted your offer to buy.

 

There may occasionally be circumstances in which we are unable to accept your offer and you would be informed and your payment returned immediately. These might include, but not be limited to, situations where there is a pricing error on our website;  a request for multiple items which we could not meet within an acceptable time frame, or a problem with processing your payment.

 

Payments

Payment is required in advance normally by ordering and paying on our website through the WIX payment or Paypal facilities. Please note: you do NOT need to have a Paypal account to use these.

 

You may also order by phone, email or letter; or order personalised or additional items.

In this case we will confirm your order and agree a payment option.
